If you wish to cancel a booking, you can do so at any time up to when you’ve signed the tenancy agreement.
If you cancel during the 14-day cooling-off period, which starts the day after you make a booking, we will receive your holding deposit back in full.
If you cancel after the 14-day cooling-off period, it’s likely you will forfeit your holding deposit payment as this will have already been passed on to the accommodation operator.
Once you have signed a tenancy agreement with the accommodation provider, their own cancellation policy will apply and you will need to speak to the accommodation provider directly to arrange a cancellation.
If you have a problem with your booking, please contact us at email@example.com. We will do everything in our power to resolve the issue. If you decide to no longer proceed with the booking, we will cancel this for you.
